Research interests:
My research interests reflect my extensive experience collaborating on transdisciplinary projects and integrating multidisciplinary teams. My research focuses on several disciplines predominantly from a Social Sciences perspective, namely Health Geography, Public Health, Urban Planning, Higher Education Policies and Public Policy.
Biographical note:
I completed my PhD in Human Geography in April 2021 at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Coimbra. I hold a Master's in Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Planning since 2009 and a Master's in Public Health since 2014 from the University of Porto. I also hold a degree in Geography, Spatial Planning and Development since 2006 from the University of Coimbra. Currently, I am a researcher at the Centre for Research in Higher Education Policies (CIPES), where I collaborate in the project ReUni4Future - Reconfiguration of universities' missions in the Europe of knowledge: The rise of the 'University of the Future'.
