ENCIPES researcher Ana Francisca Monteiro participated in the EAIR Forum 2025, the annual forum of the European Higher Education Society, presenting two papers:
"Constructing the meanings of the (digital) university: A systematic scoping review’, co-authored with Moisés Cruz, PhD researcher, which addresses how research into educational policies for the digitisation of higher education conceptualises digital transformation and, in this context, the university;
"Innovation Policies and Doctoral Education: Challenges and Opportunities within Science and Technology Park", co-authored with researchers Teresa Carvalho, Sónia Cardoso, Bruno Vilhena, Maria João Rosa, Pedro Videira, Sandra Santos and Sara Diogo, which addresses the challenges and advantages of a structured integration of doctoral programmes in the context of Science and Technology Parks.
This was the 47th edition of EAIR - The European Higher Education Society Forum, which took place in Utrecht, the Netherlands, between 27 and 29 August, under the theme "Openness: a Mission Challenged"
