Best Communication Award - Social Sciences

The CIPES researcher Estela Cunha received the Best Communication Award in the Social Sciences category at the Research Summit 2025, organised by Universidade de Aveiro.

Entitled "Five Years of European Alliances: Standing on the Shoulders of the Back Office?", the presentation explored the impact of Portuguese public universities' participation in the European University Alliances initiative on institutional structures and staff, with particular emphasis on the vital role of administrative and management personnel in this process.

The presentation formed part of the researcher’s doctoral work and was based on data collected through the Reuni4Future Project.
