Juan Francisco Carías, PhD is an assistant professor at the School of Applied Management, University of Navarra. He studied industrial management engineering at TECNUN, School of Engineering of the same university (2017) and obtained his PhD cum laude in applied engineering (2021) at the same school. The researcher conducted his doctoral thesis on the topic of cyber resilience management systems (forecasting, detection, response and evolution in the digital environment) in SMEs. After the PhD his main research interests focus on studying process improvements and management systems in service companies with a special focus on Higher Education Institutions.
