Biographical note:
James Taylor was a Professor and Advisor to the Rector for Strategic Planning at the University of Aveiro, and a member of the Executive Board and Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Research on Higher Education Policies, both in Portugal. He was a former Professor and Vice President Emeritus at Pittsburg State University, USA. His Ph.D. was in Educational Psychology from Kansas State University, USA. He was a lifetime member of the American Council on Education’s Council of Fellows. Dr. Taylor passed away on July, 7, 2007.
