*Jorge A. Ribeiro Pereira, Ana I. Melo and Teresa Carvalho — “The Ombudsman in Higher Education and its role in a Transforming World: a systematic review of the literature”
Our researcher Carlos Azevedo has published a new paper in Higher Education Quarterly titled:
"Students as (More Than) Consumers? An Exploration of Undergraduates' Discourses and Practices in Marketised Higher Education."
The study contributes to our understanding of how the codification of students as consumers impacts their identity formation processes, offering insights into some of the potential consequences of this codification.

CIPES researcher Ana Francisca Monteiro participated in the EAIR Forum 2025, the annual forum of the European Higher Education Society, presenting two papers:
