    CIPES researchers, Pedro Teixeira and Pedro Videira, in co-authorship with Fátima Suleman, have recently published an article in the Journal of International Higher Education (China) entitled “Global Challenges in Graduates’ Transition into the Labor Market”. The article examines the employability challenges faced by graduates in the context of massified Higher Education.

  • BSA Work, Employment & Society Conference 2025

    Carlos Azevedo, CIPES' researcher, participated in the BSA Work, Employment & Society Conference 2025, where he presented the paper entitled "Understanding (dis)continuities in employment: Higher education students' perspectives on employability and their strategies for future careers."
    The conference took place at The University of Manchester, United Kingdom, from 8 to 10 September 2025.

  • Closing of CHER 2025 Participation

    CIPES concluded its participation in CHER 2025 last Friday, with the pleasure of having presented and discussed some of its most recent work, reflecting the diversity of the research themes in which it is engaged.

    We remain committed to continuing our participation in future editions of CHER, promoting scientific excellence and contributing to the development of the field of Higher Education Studies.
